I saw this over at Run Courtney Run's page and I am in love! I have never done a Disney race, but this medal makes me really really want to do this one! :)
ReplyDeleteI am in LOVE with this medal. I thought my first Disney half would be a long way off yet, but if I get some sort of sudden windfall to cover expenses...it's on.

Seriously!! I love this medal!! But I'm with you - I really need to win the lotto so I can do ALL the Disney races. Next year I'm going for the girly coast to coast - Tinker Bell & Princess.
ReplyDeleteIt's super pretty, they did a nice job! Though again, I can't help but think of the men who will run this race...in case they were wondering, Disney really doesn't want them there! (Or are men not able to get a medal...so maybe it doesn't matter?)
ReplyDeleteI still believe that Disney medals are awesome! I should stop eating or something to save money to do one of these races! On an irrelevant point, I never did like Tinkerbell as a comic/animation. She's kind of annoying...
ReplyDeleteI want this medal so badly. There's no way in this reality that I could afford to do it, esp. if I'm going to do Marathon Weekend, but it's nice to dream. I'm not going to give up my reservation at the HoJo until I'm absolutely certain that no miracles will happen! :)

ReplyDeleteThat Medal is AWESOME and I love all things Disney. I need to be employed by them as well because I am going to make it a goal of mine to bring home a medal from all of there races!!! It is just too magical to pass up.

@Emily...ohh..a girly coast to coast sounds awesome. But I LOVE the Jan race and Wine & Dine so much, ugh!
@Alison...guys are definitely eligible for the medal. They get the Princess medal too :) I know there aren't a whole lot that run it (I think there were 400 that ran Princess) but a LOT of them get into the fun by dressing up in tutu's, etc.
@melie...NEVER liked Tinkerbell either. She always got annoying to me. I was actually kinda disappointed about the theme of this race, but the medal might make up for it.
@Niffercoo...def don't give up that ressie! I wish I could swing it this year as well too. I'll see how Disneyland in Sept goes first before I start committing to other Cali races.
@Karen...Disney needs to spread all these races out!
@ATTrio...One of these days I WILL have each medal. Problem will be when they start changing them every 5 years, I'll need to redo them each time! :)
Yep! If I wasn't already doing WDW 1/2 I'd totally do this one. But alas, I have to pass. :( Bummer.
